The Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) Australian Coffee Championships will take place from 30 March – 1 April 2017 at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo, located at the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Judges Calibration is now open for any judges interested in taking part in the event. You must have either judged at last year’s National Coffee Championship, another country’s National Coffee Championship, or in one of this year’s regional coffee championships. Open Heats spots for the Australian ASCA Cup Tasting, Brewers Cup, Pura Latte Art Championship and Barista Championship are now open and are selling out fast. You must have competed in a regional event already this year to take part in Open Heats, click HERE to register. Registration for Australian Coffee in Good Spirits Championship is also open, however will only run if a minimum of six competitors register.

All competitors should be familiar with the ASCA terms and conditions, and should check the FAQ information available on the COMPETITIONS PAGE to ensure they are familiar with the competition. Please note, we will run the 2017 event according to the new 2017 World Coffee Event rules.
