WHAT FORMAT WILL THE CUP TASTERS COMPETITION RUN WITH?
- This competition will run in line with WCC 2026 World Cup Tasters rules, which are available from the link here. The only modification for the Community Coffee Champs is that only 5 sets of cups will be presented for evaluation, instead of the usual 8 with timing of 5 minutes. Please ensure you are practicing to this standard.
- All equipment and products required to execute a performance in all disciplines will be provided by our Sponsors and Partners and is mandatory to use by all competitors. Competitors will not be allowed to bring their own equipment (even if it is the same as the sponsored).
- Competitors cannot bring and use any piece of equipment that is the same as the sponsored one or performs the same function as any of the sponsored equipment.

Competitors will need to supply – Cupping Spoon and Water bottle, no other equipment is allowed on stage. If in doubt please email in to competitions@aasca.com to get approval.

Weekend One (31st July – 2 August): Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters.
Weekend Two (8 – 9 August): Barista and Latte Art.
