Wow. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the HUGE demand for memberships and competition registrations yesterday – literally.
We know many of you spent hours trying to access the site, and are frustrated that you couldn’t get on, or are worried you didn’t get tickets. We understand – we’re frustrated too, and disappointed that we weren’t able to bring you the seamless experience we wanted to.
As a result, we’ve spent all night upgrading our servers for the website to ensure it can handle the increase in traffic.
To make sure we are being as fair and equitable as possible to everyone who would like to compete, we will be cancelling any registration transactions from yesterday, and resetting the system for Friday 13 July.
We’ll also be staggering registration opening times across the day, to help us cope with the increase in traffic.
Northern Region Championship – on sale at 9:00am AEST
Southern Region Championship – on sale at 11:00am AEST
Central Region Championship – on sale at 1:00pm AEST
Western Region Championship – on sale at 3:00pm AEST
Please make sure you have your memberships in advance, to avoid delays on the site on Friday.
