ASCA Australian Coffee Championships 2017

March 30 - April 1

The 2017 ASCA Australian Coffee Championships will take place at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo from 30 March to 1 April. Competitions include the Australian Barista Championships, Australian Pura Latte Art Championships, Australian Brewers Cup and Australian Cup Tasting Championship. The winners will go on to represent the country on the international stage.

ASCA Main Stage, Grand Pavilion

ASCA Judges Calibration
All judges for the 2017 ASCA National Coffee Championships must undergo calibration before judging They must have either judged at last year’s National competition, or have judged at one of this year’s regional championships. All judges must hold a valid ASCA membership, and must purchase calibration at https://australianspecialtycoffee.com.au/event/judging-calibration-australian-coffee-championships/

All Baristas taking part in Open Heats will be allocated a slot to practice on the practice station.
